Would kids be registerable as a mini dairy goat if the doe was a grade, and the buck was a reg. ND, or would the doe have to be reg. to?

My understanding from ADGA is that the dam and sire have to be of the same breed. What is the dam?

It would with TMGR. MDGA I believe requires both parents to be registered. I am going to have to ask about one of my does especially if she's registered as NOA. I haven't found out the rules on that one yet.

We were able to register a doe that the Mom ( purebred Nubian ) was a NOA and registered the doe through MDGA. If the parent's aren't registered you can register through IDGR which we had to do with one of our older does ( that's 75% Nubian Experimental ), we registered her through IDGR so we could register her kids with MDGA.
