We decided to slowly convert to papered goats and chose Alpines, I like the look of them, and hardly anyone sells them around here. My area is packed with Nubians.

So we purchased a group for $150, included were: A 2 month old buckling, a 2 month old doeling, a 3 month old doeling, and an 4 month unregistered wither.

Pretty healthy looking goats, we're going to trade the buckling off for a different one though cause he's related to the females.

Just waiting on papers now :)

No pictures at the moment :p

I just got my first standard sized goat-Fiona, and Alpine/Saanen cross-though she looks like a Saanen-I LOVE HER!! Can't wait until she gets old enough to breed and milk!
