Ok - i am just FULL of questions today - LOL!

I have 2 nubians - both unregistered and I would like to have them registered as Native on Appearance -

What registry would be best for this?

Also, what registry can I use and would be the best if I decided to breed them to a Nigerian for Mini Nubians?

Oh and one more. Stacey had mentioned to see if BE was a disqualification on the Mini Nubians - does anyone know??

PS I am so confused on the ADGA's website - I wish they had a search function :hair:

    start with ADGA
they can atleast point you in the right direction

if you have an ADGA reg'd nubian doe and an ADGA reg'd nigerian buck and breed them
then the resulting offspring can be reg'd with MDGA and TMGR
i would go with MDGA first then TMGR if you want them dual reg'd

    in the "new" mini breeds
(the crossing of nigi's with standard breeds)
blue eyes are acceptable in all mini breeds as they are a characteristic of the nigi and therefore able to be passed to the offspring

if life would quit kicking me in the duff my eventual goal is a herd of spotted/blue eyed mini-nubs
i have a blue eyed doe and a spotted buck right now

heavenly haven can you breed a ADGA nubian doe to an AGS buck and register them with MDGA? Just curious.

THanks for clearing that up about the blue eyes, now I know. :D

Allison ADGA is the only registery that allows NOA but only for does (which you said you have does to NOA). You need to fill out a registration form and have an ADGA member write a letter stating they have seen the doe and it conforms to the ____ breed. I believe anyone on here who is an ADGA member can do it for you.

I would do it but perhaps you need someone who raises Nubians? Or does this person have to see the goats in person?

I can most certainaly do that for you - so I'm assuming pictures count as 'seeing' the goat?

PM or email me if you need me to help you on any of those things.
