Sad Goat Help

Hello, I'm very new to goat raising and I just got my first 3 does.
2 came from the same herd and are 12 weeks old.
I got 1 more 8 week old from a friend and got her last because I didn't want to get her first and have her be alone.
The 2 goats are slowly warming up to me, but the little goat already is very attached. I can't walk away without her bleating for me to come back.

Well here is my problem.
The other 2 goats don't like her and she is bleating herself hoarse.
It's been 3 days, but I'm not sure what to do.

When she bleats they headbutt her more it seems, but only sometimes. They don't seem territorial over the food.
I've tried separating them, but this doesn't seem to help the little goat much. I think she would rather be with the older goats even if it's miserable.
I haven't separated them for long periods of time though. I just watch from a window as she runs up and down the central fence in their pen bleating.

I don't know if the best option is to get another doe and separate the 2 pens or we just wait and eventually she bonds with the other 2 goats.
I know the bullying will likely never go away because it's part of the pecking order goats have.

Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thank you,

Welcome to the goat forum. Try penning her up with one of the others over night. Pick the one less bossy. Do this every night until you see a bond. It may take you penning them together all day and night but for now..try nights and see how it goes. As long as no one is getting hurt.

Best wishes

I agree ☝
Welcome to TGS. Maybe a younger companion? Or a wether?

Thank you,
It might also help to move her to a different pen. Then move other goats in with her one by one, after she is established in her pen. The newest goats are always at a psychological disadvantage when moved in. I reordered dominance recently by moving my nasty herd queen out, and letting another doe establish herself, then moving mean girl back. She was the newbie, then, and she never reestablished dominance. It's pretty peaceful now.
