We like that the bowl is metal, and everything else that you need to wash is also.
The cream adjusting set screw is a pain, because the screw goes into plastic. It takes a few times to find the right setting of you want whipping cream. A lot of cream gets caught in the seperating funnels, so it is good to have someone in the family who likes to lick. 😉
All in all we like it.
