Shedding - any ideas on how to get hair to grow?

Major UGH. This is totally my fault. My daughter has a nice young Boer doe we bought in May who had amazing hair for a Breeding doe. We maintained it with every other day use of the Green stuff, blowing no brushing and once a week bath. Then about 3 weeks ago when it got super hot I had her rinse the doe in the evenings and apply the green stuff to help cool her off - downside to that hair is she was miserable, so I'm glad she is more comfortable now.
BUT.... her hair is super, super thin. I contacted the green stuff and they told me to condition her 2x a day and wash every other day with their Full dimension shampoo to help get the hair to grow. Normally we have good results with the Green stuff, but I feel like we're not making much progress. I'm honestly afraid to wash her every other day and make it worse?
She is healthy, skin looks good, I know it's the thick under coat and her hair will grow back in, but I'm a bit stressed as have a show in a little over 2 weeks.
Part of me says to condition every other day with green stuff, no baths. Then I kind of think maybe we should incorporate some Revive Light spray a couple of times a week alternating with the Green stuff. I thought I'd ask if anyone here has had this happen before I go on FB and ask.
She is on a very good show feed, and would put her on healthy goat coat as an option to help, but haven't found it locally, and honestly not sure it would help much in 2 weeks.... I do have some Flaxseed oil I believe, but not sure if it would help aid in hair growth.

The flaxseed should help but probably not in 2 weeks. But you may as well use it.

I agree ☝
Thanks I appreciate it. I did start her on a little bit today, just 10cc morning and evening. I don't want her to get fat as she has good weight right now.
A friend suggested it's her age and about the time for her to shed out her coat and that makes sense, she is just turning 8 months old. My friend suggested rinsing her daily, drying and using the conditioning spray that we are using, washing 2x a week, so we will try that and see if it helps.
