Alright, I've got a few questions because I'm getting quite a few different answers.

1. How many times a year do you use CD&T?

2. What size needle is best?

3. CD&T has Tetnus, so do you need to give the Tetnus by itself as well? I've heard you do.

4. Lastly, I've got a 5 week old and 10 week old kid. Aren't they suppose to get CD&T 30 days apart? I need this explained, please.
Thanks!

The first round of CDT is once (always 2cc any size) then the second 21 or 28 days later.
After that once a year.
No need to give seperate tetanus.
Most of us dont give it till kid is at least a couple of months old.
I use 18 gauge 1" but others use 21 gauge.

I use a 20 gauge needle. I do my CDT at 3 weeks and 6 weeks. As you can see, there is a wide range of when people do it. But that first CDT does need a booster. Than after that, once a year.

I do mine at 9 and 12 weeks, rebooster at 6 months and then go once a year...
Boys who are going to loaded for a long trip do get a Tetanus booster if it's been more than 6 months from their last shot. They almost always get little cuts while on strange territory and horses use the same trails...
