I've got a 3 yoa La Mancha wether that is sickly. He is lethargic ( I let them out to eat weeds and they all ran around and went crazy, he just stood there and then went in to the chicken coop and laid down in the shade. He looks like he just ate (belly bulged).

He was banded at a young age (2 months or so) could is be Urinari Calculi?

I don't vacinate much as I'm in general against it. But, what vaccines are absolutely necessary?

It could possibly be UC but actually sounds like it could also be bloat. Bloat is a concentration of mini bubbles trapped in the rumen of the goat. We generally recommend GasX to break up the bubbles and let the gas out. Others have also recommended cooking Oil and Baking Soda. Both UC and Bloat are serious and should be treated immediately.

Most people vaccinate with CD/T which gets a standard yearly booster. Basically it covers a over eating disease called Enterotoxemia and Tetanus.
