Signs of labor??

I have a doe Peppermint that is HUGE, due anytime now... Her udder is huge, and her bum is soft. This morning I let her out with all the rest of my goats.... And 15 minutes later I went out to check them (2 if my does were in heat) but where is Peppermint all by herself about 100 feet away from the rest... Does this mean we are close? I put her in a pen in the barn, gave some hay and fresh water, she are a little and drank... I keep checking on her, and she appears fine.. She likes to be scratched and petted which I've done... :)

I'd say... keep an eye on her ;)
If she does not usually isolate herself, I would keep a close eye on her. I like that name, btw, can I steal it? I have a couple of doelings that it would fit very nicely. ;)

Sure you can steal the name, I don't mind at all. Her sisters name is Patti for Peppermint Patti (peanuts theme) So far nothing yet, but she appears to be comfortable.... and no she doesn't usually isolate herself, she's a social goat, that is what freaked me out actually when I couldn't find her right away...
Thanks! When I see thick, opaque, whiteish discharge I start checking on them about every 30 minutes as I've generally got kids delivered within a few hours.
Isolating herself? Sounds like she's close alright.
