After a short illness Silver Dime passed away surrounded by the humans that loved her. she was 11 years old. She has greatly influenced our goat herd. she is survived by 4 daughters one of her daughters has earned her milk star. 3 grand daughters. She will be remembered for her gentle easy going nature. she was so nice to milk.
There are no services planned for Silver.
no condolences are desired. We are just extending an invitation to share in a celebration of her life and influence on our farm.

Will give extra caresses to my guys after I bring them in from the field. And tell them about Silver Dime during our daily conversations, while walking back to the dry lot later this evening. She sounds like she was a wonderful doe. :(

What a wonderful thing to have someone to love that much, and congratulations to the offspring, which will hopefully continue to add benefits to your flock! :inlove:

11 years of full production, impressive! :)

what is even more impressive is we put her on milk test this year and she missed getting a star by just a hair we wish we would have tested her when she was younger
