I have a gorgeous mostly white buck with brown legs, a brown mane and badger face and a few moon spots. I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not mostly white bucks sire mostly white kids or is the coloration derived more from the doe?

I think it also depends on the grandparents. Something like 70% of the genetics come from them, but I'm no expert ;)

Colour genetics are hard to figure out! I had a brown black Swiss doe, whose mom is brown/ cream Swiss and dad black kid a grey and white kid to a buckskin site who had never thrown a grey kid even with grey/ white does. Then the doe who had the grey kid has a full brother. He is brown with black points and has just sired a grey and white kid to a brown/ black doe!
