Staph Dermatitis?!

Does anyone know what this could be? I only have two goats with it and they've had it for a couple months and it hasn't gone away. I thought maybe it was sore mouth but only two goats have it and it's just around their nose. I asked this question on another thread and some thought it could be Staph Dermatitis. I'm going to try and get a sample off to my vet to have it cultured but wanted to know what you all thought. I have tried putting a herbal salve on it, hoping that would help but it keeps coming back. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
