Looks like we are getting ready to get hit with high winds, and lots of rain, for about a 24 hour period. Trees falling is most likely going to happen, and part of my fence is extremely venerable to trees as it is along a tree line.... My question is when you know your going to get a bad storm do you lock every one up in the barn, or let them have their normal excess to the their pens ? Thanks in advance :)

My main worry is them escaping after the storm if the fence is broken, since my barn is 1/8 mile down the road from my house I wouldn't be able to check, more then every couple hours on them..

I keep my goats locked up. I have a couple barn witches and they will keep the others out even if this barn is big enough for the 20 does we use to have in there. Also the snow blows so bad it piles up in the barn.
