Yes, if you are having several litters of kids born it's a really good idea to practice coccidia treatment on a regular schedule.
The dosage is:
Day 1, 1mL per 5 pounds orally
Days 2-5, 1mL per 10lbs orally (once per day)
I'd recommend the first round at 3-4 weeks of age. It depends on management after that of they'll need it again, if they are on creep feed (free choice) with a coccidiastat in it, you may only need to do it once.
