Sun conure babies!

My sun conures had babies. They are now 3 weeks old and are getting their feathers. I think at least two of them will be red factor.

They are very pretty parrots. They look like little rainbows 🌈 💕

Conures are great little parrots 😁 These guys are just getting their feathers in. The parents are still friendly to me which I’m very happy about.

I like the parrots that are a little bit bigger than a budgie. My cats don’t mess with them. When I had budgies it was a problem 😅

Was he hand fed? Mine were hand fed so they just want to be with you all the time. 😂 I’m going to hand feed these guys soon too. I just think I should wait until that last one gets some more feathers.

I also have 2 Indian ringnecks that I just got a few weeks ago. I’m going to breed them when they are a little older.

I’ll take new pictures of them tomorrow and post them here. They grow very fast. I have some videos of them on YouTube. I can’t wait until they get more feathers 💕

I use three different kinds of pellets. I use tops, Harrison’s and rowdybush. I buy volkmans hookbill seed mix too. They seem to mainly be eating the seed mix to feed the babies. So I’ve just been giving them a lot of it 😅

They make great pets. They are very people oriented. The only bad thing is they can be a bit loud at times. I’m going to sell these babies. I hope I find good homes for them.

That’s one of the main reason I chose to get sun conures. They look like little rainbows 🌈. They are beautiful birds.
