I have a 3 week old doeling who doesn’t have as much hair on her face as her sister and her face is white. Even though there is plenty of shade for them, the uv index here is really high and her face got sunburnt. Is there a sunscreen I can use on goats? Maybe one that is made for horses? I don’t know if it’s completely necessary, but I feel bad for the kid and don’t want her face to be hurting or for her to end up with skin cancer one day. Also have another doe who is sunburnt on her nose and could use some uv protection if there is one I can use.

You can use regular human sunscreen. Baby sunscreen is best. That's what I use for my horse's nose. For my goats I just use spray-on sunscreen since it's easy to apply and when I use it I usually need to cover their whole body (like after a clip)

I would try the most natural sunscreen, a pure zinc oxide maybe.
