Swollen/cloudy eye

Can someone give me some advice on what to do? We’ve been cleaning it twice a day with pink eye spray. We’re currently trying to find a vet in our area that handles goats. I’m new to this!

Ok, welcome to TGS. I’m sorry your goats not well.
What you can do is put a couple drops of LA200 in the goats eye twice a day for 5 days. LA200 is OTC , you can get it at most feed stores. It’s an antibiotic. You can use either an eye dropper or syringe (no needle) to get the drops placed correctly.
Tractor supply often Carrys terramycin ointment that also works.

How old is the goat? Are you sure the eyelashes aren't curled under?

Definitely check for inverted lashed. I like twrramycin or neosporin (w/o the pain relief) to put in the eye to sooth it and protect it.

I’ll pick both of those up! I have tried to see is the eye lashes are curled under but it doesn’t look like they are under the eyelid, I’ll check again though!
She’s 6 days old

If eyelashes are curled under how would I go about keeping them from curling?

Should I stop using the spray if I’m using either ointments or the LA200?

Personally, I would the la200 would get rinsed out if you sprayed after putting in the drops. Same with the terramycin.

I doubt it's pink eye this young. Could be she got something in it. If eye lashes are inverted, roll that lid out several times a day. I like the creams as they sooth and protect. La 200 is good if there is infection.

Ok I’ll try these and see if there’s improvements! Thank you for all the advice!
