Is it just on the one side? Or the whole under side of the jaw? It is hard or squishy?
It can honestly be a quite a few things. Insect bite, compacted cud, salivary cyst, a bad tooth, abscess or bottle jaw. Bottle jaw though would be the whole bottom side of the jaw and If she is not anemic probably not the case.
What you can check first, if just that one side of the jaw is very carefully (I can’t stress that enough the back teeth are sharp!) slide your finger along inside by her teeth and see if she has any cud stuck in there. That will eliminate that one if not. You can also give some Benadryl and see if the swelling goes down which would tell you it’s a bite.

Benadryl would be human adult dose based on weight..Cool compresses may help as well. I would also look for a drawing salve to help.

Best wishes
