Lulu, has a swollen right rear leg from the hoof to the knee not swollen big but is larger than left. She favors it slightly and can stand full weight when she lifts her left leg to scratch. She may have slipped on ice. Any thoughts?
Is she with other goats? Do any of them have horns? I ask because I have had my herd queen catch another does hind leg between her horns.
Anything could of happened...with injury..... if she is really swollen and in pain.... you can give her some banamine .... or any inflammatory drug..... if she is preggo... be sure ....what you give... is safe....
