I have a couple of doelings (3-5 months) that have started coughing, runny eyes and sounding congested. They do not have a runny nose. I checked temps a few does ago and they were okay so I gave some Vet RX. Today I was worming and decided to check a few temps again and 2 of them were a little over 104. It is very hot here so I'm not sure if that is making the temp. off or if I should go ahead and start more treatment. I have some LA 200 but someone told me you couldn't give that when they are under 6 months. Advice please

When you took the temps, were they just out in the sun or running around? If so, I would make sure they have been in the shade or wait til it cools down before re-taking them. Also, are they eating and otherwise acting OK?

I would use Nuflor or Pen G for youngsters, if you have to treat. But re-take the temps again to make sure.

They may have allergies, unless their temps are accurate, then, I would start antibiotics.

For allergies, give Benadryl.
