I had a doe kid once with tetanus.
I guess I just got the colostrum too hot or something.
I put about 100 bucks worth of antitox thru her before she got better.
For more than a month if she fell over she couldnt' get up because she was so stiff she was like a little rocking horse.
I named her Tetanicia. She fully recovered, freshened and I sold her but last I heard she was still alive.
The vet was amazed she recovered. I mostly treated her myself but one day I dropped her off and they put her on a valium IV while I was at work to see if that would loosen her up some. It cost 200 and it didn't really, just time and antitox and penicillin did.
