I am trying to get a medicine cabinet together, I have b-complex, and b-12. Is there a different between b-complex and thiamine? or are they the same?

Thiamine is B1 and is needed if you ever have a polio case...I use it whenever a goat is sick and off feed..
B complex if a combo of B's and does have Thiamine in it in small amounts..but is very good for a perk me up or apptitite energy boost

Fortified B complexhas more Thiamine in it and can be used for polio treatment if needed...

Thiamine is part of the B-Complex group of vitamins, but if the event of goat polio B-Complex vitamins don't provide enough thiamine to overcome the problem. You need either straight thiamine or fortified B-complex to provide enough to overcome it.
