I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I can't seem to find it. I will soon be breeding mini-Nubians with my registered does and bucks. Which association is the 'preferred' regisistry, or should I just go with both? The paperwork potential already baffles me...that would make SIX associations to fill out paperwork for between all my goaties...
I currently register with both TMGR and MDGA. If I was going to choose just one, I'd pick MDGA. I like the fact that they have a virtual show where you can have your goats compete without having to leave your farm. I also like the 'in-house' milk testing program. Both registries have a good turn around time on papers.
