Is the doe really that long bodied - or is it just the pic?

    Congrats on the 2!!!

nope, i cant really justify paying 12 dollars for it, when he's already almost fair weight. thats a bale and a half of hay for us.. and with the financial issues i'm having , it really can't b done

Yeah we're at 71 pounds so we've already made weight but my son wants to do it so we're gonna go. We did it last year too but our goat quit eating for almost 2 weeks so our rate of gain was 21 pounds. Hope Jethro keeps eating! If I'm paying 12 bucks he better recupe some of it LOL! They already raised the fair entries as it is. That cost me a little over 400 bucks. The dairy goat show is what kills us in entry fees. We're taking 6 goats and it cost me 48.00 for the youth show and 84.00 for the 2 open shows so it was 132.00 just for the dairy goats. Then we have market chickens, breeding chickens, rabbits and the market goat plus the 120.00 to camp. Ridiculous!
