I would follow her around a bit..try to catch her pooping..
How is she acting other wise? Head up or down, tail tucked or up? lethargic? depressed? or playful? bouncing with others?

He is acting normal. He is the smallest baby I've ever had.he is just tiny and still a little wobbly :) he sleeps alot but wakes up to see me when I go in and nurses from mom. Head is up when he's awake, tails up, not lethargic really or depressed. A little playful . Not quite bouncing around yet. I cleaned all the runny poop off this morning with warm water and trimmed all the hair from around his tail. No signs whatsoever of scours now. I put clean hay in for them to lay on this am also. Yesterday I was finding his poop in the hay and now I can't find any signs of poop from him. Do some mama goats eat the baby's poop?is it possible that she is eating it and that's why i can't find any. That's the only thing I can think of other than he's not pooping at all.

awe...he's a doll...(sorry kept calling him a she lol)..His tummy does look a bit sunken but not scary so...There is a chance mom is cleaning up after him....Best advice I can offer right now is to keep a close watch..he's def. not on his death bed ;) And seems to like his picture taken lol...Keep up with the neomycin for 3 days then give him some probiotic paste to help his tummy....make sure he is staying hydrated...(skin should pop back when lifted) if not give some electrolytes a couple of time a day

yes some moms do eat the poop. But if you arent seeing any pooping from him and you are watching like a hawk then I would try a little enema to see if he has a blockage
I've been checking in atleast every hour and sitting with him for a few mins each time. Yesterday he was pooping just about every time I was out there. I know the poop is usually a little messy and sticky the first few days and it was like that yesterday but this am it was like water and bubbly .now absolutely no signs at all. I looked every where and dug around in the hay and found nothing.
