looks like cherry eye. I don;t have any experience with this.

I agree - it looks just like cherry eye which is the tear duct. They can surgically remove it, but in most instances, there will need to be eye drops daily for the rest of his life. Cherry Eye can be very painful if not surgically taken care of.

I would start calling around and finding a vet to do the surgery as soon as possible.

That isnt in the tearduct its looks like maybe a eyelash did a bad job of frowing backward and caused it to become can be removed and it should be ok soon, or its a growth and should be taken off soon so she will be fine. With the cloudy eyes you can put either Biomycin or LA 200 in the eyes to help clear them up if it hasnt been too long. I have had luck with it on my cattle that have cloudy eyes from old treatments for pinkeye. I would definently have the vet check it to be sure. Good Luck

One of my girlfriends has a small fatty tumor on her eye. Looks just like that!

It doesn't affect her vision or anything.

Can he close his eye all the way, or does the tumor prevent full closure?

Taylor, I have never seen anything like that either. Have you tried putting something like Neosporn in it?
I agree, I would take her to the vet and see what they have to say.
Would you pleas keep us posted? I would really like the know the outcome, so IF anything ever comes like this, I might have SOME idea.
Good luck, but you have to remember the reason the lady gave you this little doe, is because she saw this and she did not want to deal with it herself. you said she took her to the vet, what did that vet say other then it was on the eyeball? (or did I miss that?)
