This is from the "Goats Produce Too" cookbook

Since I have finally "mastered" making goat milk yogurt I am trying different things with it....this one is EXCELLENT!

Either can be eaten as is or frozen.

    1 banana, cut up
    1 C crushed pineapple
    1 pt hulled strawberries
    1 C plain yogurt
    1/4 C honey
    1/2 tsp vanilla

combine all in a blender and process til smooth, fill either a popscicle form or small dixie cups an insert sticks, freeze til hard.

I added a bit of coconut to my mix as I really like the flavor with pineapple. And I did use those cheap tube like popscicle forms with the colored caps/sticks.....worked very well. Before frozen it is comparable to a fruit smoothie

Just a funny aside here: you know how I am always taking pics of my new girlie's udder? Kevin made it our desktop background. He thinks I am a bit obsessed with "goat backsides" I just thought that was funny ;)

Sooo excited... I will be making (well trying to make) yogurt, ice cream, butter, and (hopefully) lotion once the babies get sold from a few of the goats and we can use the milk!! I can't wait to get milk but I don't want to see the babies go... but I love to see peoples smiling faces :) when they pick those beautiful little goats up and take them home.
