Bag balm is great, or happybleats has a great recipe for homemade.

I use Bag Balm, the one in the green can. It is great. A while back I noticed a raw area on my bucks scrotum. I applied the Bag Balm on the area and in a couple days it looked back to normal. So it is useful for more than the udders. I had a doe that freshened with a congested udder this year and after massaging with the Bag Balm for several days it was much better.
