Someone posted something recently and it turned out to be staph - you mean all the little ones not just the big one right? I have no expert opinion but I couldn't find the post that was about it.

I found a thread but it didn't have pics and it said neosporin was the treatment. Neosporin is probably what I'd do if it was an ant bite too.

But hopefully someone experienced will chime in. Honestly, I have no clue. I'll keep looking for the thread that had pics. Maybe I'm remembering wrong.
