Hi! I was reading some old posts and was curious what third, third, third, meant about the udder. I am trying to really learn a lot about what makes an excellent udder. Thanks!!

a third of the udder should be visable in front of the back leg, one third hidden by the leg and another third visable beyond the leg in the rear. I hope that helps

Thanks Stacey! That helps a ton! I guess it is saying..... It will help in describing a good udder (Fore extension, read attatchments, etc.) Thanks!!

Edit to add: If I would have waited a wee bit longer I would have seen sparks879's topic.
