Unidentified Chick

Hello!
This isn’t our first time with chickens, but the last hens we had were all ameraucanas/RSL (so I’m not very familiar with other breeds).
A couple of weeks ago we went out and bought chicks from the feed store. We bought a couple of assorted breeds, but they told us they had one “rare” lavender Orpington left- so, we bought her.
As they’ve gotten older, I’ve come to think she really isn’t a lavender Orpington.
However, I’ve tried to breedmatch her and haven’t really found any that fit her coloring (she looks somewhat like a sussex, but her feet color and baby photos say differently)
I’m thinking she’s a cross, but I would appreciate any input on what she might be.

You could narrow it down a lot by seeing how the supplier to the feed store is and looking at their selection.

That’s what I’m thinking too! The leg pigment and comb type are the same

We had two Lakenvelder for a little while. When they were free ranging they would sometimes talk to each other. A little sound that I have not heard any other time. Like they were saying "I'm here", "I'm here", back and forth to each other. That stopped when we lost one of them. The remaining Lakenvelder continued to be our most entertaining hen. She would escape out of our chicken enclosure at will and also return at will. Often several times a day. One time we found a dozen of her eggs in a box of sticks (for kindling) in the wood shed.
