Thanks to all of you wonderful goatgals, Caper's coccidia was finally outdone. He is happy and healthy, and today went to his new home with a friend who will take good care of him. This site is awesome, and you should ALL give yourselves a pat on the back for his survival of coccidia. This is the first we have ever had a case, and without you all I know he wouldn't have made it. A BIG THANKS to everyone! Brooke

Wonderful news to hear :stars: My first ordeal with coci was last year when I brought my reg. nd buck Chief home...never heard of it before then and with help from other goat people and a vet visit he's as good as new...and with the only case this year...everyone here was such a great help, now I know that the key to them not getting it is prevention and not to use the same drugs for it as resistance can be a factor....so very happy that you got the help you needed
