    they seem to enjoy the box, is that where they sleep or do they just play on it. they are very nice looking birds

    No, that's too small for them. They play in it and that's what I take them outside in. They sleep in a big horse trough. :)

    What does everyone think about Cricket? Is he or she a hen or a rooster?

    Cricket looks just like my Partridge Silkie Rooster. I'm pretty positive Cricket is a boy also. Silkies can be very difficult to sex until they are much older or lay an egg or crow. But, he's got those longer head 'feathers' going and that's almost always a roo predictor.

    The pictures are great ... love seeing them in/on the box.

    Ok, I always thought Cricket was a rooster from the day I brought him home. He just looks like one. :)

    I'm starting to wonder, do you think my Chilli could be a rooster too? I hope not. :( She was supposed to be a pullet, but she is kind of mean and now I am reading on other websites and I think she might be a rooster. She is a black sex link.
