What types of vaccines should be given to a kid?

The CD/T Toxoid is the basic common one.

You give 2ccs SQ at 6 or 8 weeks and then again in 21-28 days you give a booster

I give the tetanus antitoxin along with the toxoid. 0.5cc tetanus antitoxin SQ . . . that will protect them for about 3-5 days . . . it's really good to give it to them immediately before disbudding and/or castrating.

True . . . any shot can cause an adverse reaction so epinephrine is a must. You can get it from your vet (I don't think you can get it otc anymore). Tetanus antitoxin and penicillin are infamous for bad reactions . . . of course two of the injectable drugs we use the most.
