I had Charlie disbudded today by the vet, as unfortunately I don't have the tool. He numbed it, and knocked Charlie out - but he said, he didnt expect himto go into as deep as sleep as he did. Its been at least half an hour - I have to go check the girls at the rental farm as I discovered two abortions yesterday (brought one that I knew had kidded to vet, and foetis to lab) and I have to pick my children at 2, 3, 4 & o clock today! Any ideas to get Charlie woken up sooner, he is rattling a bit, which makes me nervous - hoping he doesnt go undre altogether. Have him in the house as I don't want him walked on by his mom .

Vet should have given him a shot to bring him out of it. Other than the shot the only thing you can do is wait. You can try rubbing him and talking to him, might help, won't hurt!!!
Hope the little guy comes out of it soon!!

He is awake - took him outside to mama who smelled him and licked till she smelt his head - then she backed off and seems unsure.

That is good to hear and mine always act funny when they smell the head but they get over it.
