Weaning a dairy goat.

    When do you wean a Nubian dairy goat if you expect them to be bred in the fall?

    It can be weaned at 2 months if it is growing well and eating solids good. I try to wait until 3 months though. No longer than three months. If she has a brother you don't want him breeding his mother and sister. :wink:
