Besides penicillin what antibiotics are safe for pregnant does?

How far along is she and what are you trying to treat?

While any injectable medication can cause issue, I have used both Nuflor and Tylan 200 on pregnant goats with no problems.

I use Nuflor with no issues, you can ask your vet what others are safe.
There are many antibiotics out there.

Do check with your vet...... make sure WHAT you are trying to treat responds to antibiotics used. Some are better than others in targeting your problem.
