What should be done?

I have a doe that kidded last year very tough birthing backwards kid that had to be pulled by vet. She was very swollen in the back end for a while. Now when she goes into heat she has something that sticks out of her backend. Any ideas? Thank you in advance

That looks like a prolapse. A vet check wpuld be good but if she has a prolapse without being pregnant, I don't think I would breed her. Last time may have weakened her uterus and may not carry or be safe to. A vet hands on maybe better to assess her case.

Glad it is fine, but if it is indeed a small prolapse, it should be addressed.
Live tissue from within peeking out, the tissue can die if exposed too long.
It is concerning seeing that like that. Pregnant or not.

It only happens when in heat then goes back in but it does not fully come out it is just at the opening. I am staying in touch with vet in case it does get worse she said to just keep an eye for now
