Dam, Nigerian Dwarf (Josephine) is a broken buckskin (tricolor), beautiful blue eyes, naturally polled, frosted tricolor ears and nose, has thrown broken buckskin, tricolor babies in the past (pics of previous babies attached) She has wattles. Both of her parents had blue eyes, but unsure what color they were.

Sire, Nigerian Dwarf (Enzo) is San Clemente (classic buckskin), blue eyes, horned, first time breeder (Josephine is the first doe he has ever bred), his dam was gold with brown eyes, his sire was black and tan swiss marked with blue eyes. He doesn't have wattles.

What are yalls guesses as to what the babies will be? What color? Horned or polled? Blue eyes or brown eyes? Wattles or none (please have wattles, I ADORE wattles) Josie is due in May so I'm making this thread so I don't go crazy in the meantime waiting on her to give birth.

First two pics are of Dam, second two are of Sire, last two are of her previous babies.

Oo genetics excite me! Since we don’t know the colours of the does parents, we can only guess that she’s at least passing on her phenotype which is buckskin. Her genotype is unknown, so really it could be a toss up of anything! Who was she bred with last year? With the buck, he’s obviously also got a copy of buckskin, and potentially either gold or Swiss. I think it would be super cool if he passed down the Swiss markings, those are my favourite! 😉 There’s at least a 50% chance of buckskin though, and because both parents are blue eyed along with the dams parents both being blue eyed, I’m going to guess 100% on the blue eyed trait. Since their past kids were buckskin, blue eyed and polled, I’m going to say that at least one or two kids will be buckskin, blue eyed, and maybe one polled. I don’t know about the wattles, since according to another breeder in my area they’re hard to pass down. That, or she just has that kind of luck.

my final guess: two kids, one buckskin and one gold. Buckskin will look like his sire, have blue eyes and a few white spots. Horned. Golden one will be a doeling and she will also be blue eyed, but polled and have some broken white across her. Maybe some wattles!
thank you for such a detailed response, genetics have never been my forte, so thank you for your help!! ill def keep you updated!
