When can you hear heartbeats?

    How far along does the doe have to be in order to hear her kid's heartbeats? Also, If I wanted to do that, where would I listen for them at (what area)?

    I think its between 2 and 3 months.
    As for where, I'm not sure. Prolly on the side toward the does belly button. If you hear LOTS of big sloshy noises, you've found the rumen haha.

    I was told that it is hard to distinguish fetal heart beats because the does heartbeat echos so badly off of the stomach chambers.

    Mabey I should take my stethescope out there and try on my girl that is somewhere between 3-4 months gestation.
