Where to buy iodine

I can't figure out where to buy iodine for dipping cords after kids are born... Ive never dipped umbilical cords before, in the past I've just left them, but I'm going to start this year.

Do TSC or Farm and Fleet sell the right stuff? It also looks like, (online) there are so many different kinds of iodine.. does it matter what kind u get?

I'm not sure if it matters what kind, but I use the triodine-7 and it has worked well. I think I got it from Jeffer's online but I wouldn't recommend them because it took weeks for me to get it.
I got mine from Walmart. It's povidone iodine and it's 11% but that works too. ;)

oh okay! i might just do that, cuz my goat could kid in as soon as a week so i dont want to have to wait for something to come, i'd rather just pick it up somewhere to make sure i have it on time lol

Hmm, they must have just not had it in.
Any place which sells livestock supplies or places like drug stores you can find it. I buy mine in the big jug.

It can also be bought online through livestock sites.
