Is this something to worry about? It's just been cold, and a couple (mainly the buck) has some white nose discharge.

If it's something to worry about, what should be done?

white and thick? if so I would be taking temperatures and if any are high I would start on antibiotics.

    Are they coughing at all?

If no fever... I'd give Vet Rx for a few days.... if fever start antibiotics asap. This cold weather and then warm weather and then freezing weather all in the same week has been messing with all of our systems over here too...both animals and people alike have had colds at our house. :(
