Our doe gave birth to her second kid 4 days ago. About a week before she kidded we noticed her eyes seemed to be shrinking into her head. They have not really changed in the past 2 weeks. Other symptoms include listlessness, lack of appetite, very low energy and an general appearance of being sick. We currently have her on some vitamin and mineral supplements but nothing seems to be helping. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

sounds like dehydration. what is her temp? if 103.5 or higher she may have a uterine or some other type of infection, and may need antibiotics. get some fluid into her drench her with pedialyte, or sone honemade electrolytes.

dehydration is likely the culprit but you need to know why she is dehydrated. Can you get a stool sample to a vet for a fecal?

encourage her water consumption - if she is sickly then she likely isnt drinking enough

Agree that dehydration is usually best reason that would happen. And then having her kid and if she is nursing won't help. Do you know how to test skin for this? If no, pull up some skin, if it goes right back into place then look at other problems. If it goes down slow then that's the cause and you need to find the problem. If she is dehydrated, she is unlikely gonna drink what she need and should get subQ fluids asap.
