why do our goats love willow so much.... it's like candy to them. they actually strip the bark before eating the leaves. wonder if it has anything to do with the asprin qualities?

I HAD a weeping willow and the shade/fence type hybrid willows down the fence line before. Notice the word HAD, well the goats ate them like candy. Long gone now.

This is good news for me.. I have a big bunch of willows in the middle of my backyard that I plan on letting the goats have at.. Gradually though since the place they're at now is a dry lot..
