I have 5 does that are supposed to be bred. Do you guys think it'd be OK if I worm them with Safeguard? I've never wormed a doe that was pregnant, only before breeding or after kidding...

Safeguard is a very safe dewormer, not very effective in most areas though. Cydectin is safe for use on pregnant does, Ivomec is safe as well (NOT the Ivomec +).

If you choose to use Safeguard, it's best when given 3-5 days in a row. I do not even own this dewormer anymore as it seems just a waste of money, but it does still work for some, I just do not trust it completely.

Safeguard still works for me and I'm in Ohio. According to 2 of my vets, Safeguard does still work in Ohio. Dose at 1cc per 10 pounds.

I don't worm unless I have a problem though. Both my vets encourage doing a fecal and then worming appropriately.
