If one goat has worms and has gotten ivomec and safe gard a week later should the other two receive ivomec plus even though eye color and coat are good? As a precaution. I will be administering the safeguard to all of the herd today but no sure if the two healthy ones should get the ivomec plus.

Do you know what kind of worms they have? It is best to know what you are treating, so you treat properly.

Stay with the same wormer. It is given 10 days later, sometimes for a 3rd time, if they are really wormy, to kill hatching eggs.
Depending on if any goat has anemia, is to how to administer Ivomec. If it is still pinkish, you can give it orally 1 cc per 33lbs.

I find safeguard doesn't work for us here. If given though, triple dosage for goats.

You can keep a close eye on their eye color, if you wish, then treat if it changes. Or treat them, but if you keep them in the same area,
they will become re-infected.

I don't like giving Ivomec plus to preggo's.
