I had just dewormed our new buck yesterday morning. Just today I was thinking about it, and realized I calculated the dosage wrong. I am not sure what I was thinking (or not thinking!) when I did it, but I underdosed him about 60 pounds. Now I'm not sure if I just give him the remainder now? Or wait a couple weeks and give him another full dose or what?

I would give it to him now.

I don't know the answer to this, but I think whoever does will need to know what it is you used and how much you gave him and how much he weighs. At least they will need those things.

I'm pretty sure underdosing is much better than overdosing.

Actually it is better to overdose slightly than to under dose and get resistant parasites.

Since it was just yesterday, I'd go ahead and give the rest of the dose asap.

Jan is right...knowing the type of wormer and route used would help... and icboers is right as well...it is better to slightly over dose to prevent resistance.
