Well, I finally got a top hot wire installed above my 3 rail fence. And Delila, my flying goat, is now corraled in the pasture with the rest of the goats. Yes! No more being chained to my 64 chevy truck. Thank God! I was so tired of her running to trip me with that tow chain. That is one strong goat! She broke 2 large solid brass horse clasps, a lead rope clip, and one rope. If I can get her trained, she will make a wonderful cart goat.
Wow...what a strong goat.......hope things go better...... now that the fence is fixed..... :thumb:
She did jump it. She broke the wire on the top line, but I think she got bit, because she just stayed close to the gate with a bewildered look on her face afterward. She hasn't tried it again yet.
So far so good. She hasn't jumped it since... She's not happy with me though. She barged through the open gate when I was trying to come through with the feed bucket. I just about went backwards goat riding for a second! She tried to dip under between my legs.
