Goat kidding - help? (Graphic picture warning)

I got out of goat breeding years ago and its been a minute since I've been present for a kidding but my neighbor just called me and said her doe started up, down, up down, biting her legs and the walls etc... five hours ago around noon. She has been waiting to see fluid and has been in and out to check on her. Somewhere around 3:00 she realized she could see something, but no fluid. She hasn't been present for a kidding and didn't know what to do but just got ahold of me and sent this picture. She says the doe is in distress (hollering etc) not pushing. Perhaps she isn't recognizing pushing. But maybe this isn't a kid?

Am I correct to assume this is a kid detached from the bag? (I'm not sure what the technical term for that is)
Or is this not even a kid yet and something else (never seen this on my does)
I did tell her she has to check and see, my husband has headed over to help hold the doe so she can see.

Totally new to me just looking for pointers.

Before we realized it was a prolapse she did go in and no kids. The prolapse has been "in" since. She is in early labor (clear goop), is the prolapse an issue for kidding? I've read alot of conflicting information. I think what I've read is that if it stays "in" and she can pee then she can kid?

As long as it goes in by its self its fine.should not interfere with kidding but being there in case she needs help is good idea. Multiple kids putting pressure can do that and the need for calcium can. I would start her on Calcium drench or a carrot and celery juice which offers a fair amount of calcium.
