I’ve never leased anything so I’m not sure how you’d go about figuring it out.
Have you asked your county ext office to see if they know of anyone who has leased animals before? They might be able to put you in contact with them.

 

One lady here leases her does out for kids to show (which actually is against the rules since they want you to own the animal) and basically they pay for feed, so the owner gets saved money and bragging rights being able to say my animal won X place at X show.
